CORO Realty Advisors, LLC Puts Warehouse Rooftop to Work, Driving Additional Revenue

This 175kW grid-tied, rooftop array was installed on a newly renovated, freestanding office/showroom building managed by CORO Realty Advisors, LLC in Norcross, GA. CORO is selling the solar power to Georgia Power pursuant to the utility's SP-1 Solar tariff, creating additional operating income for the property. ROOKER Increases Property NOI through Solar PPA with Green Power EMC

This 115 kW grid-tied rooftop array was installed on an industrial building owned by ROOKER in Athens, GA. The project is interconnected with Jackson EMC pursuant to a Power Purchase Agreement with GreenPower EMC, the umbrella organization of Georgia's EMCs responsible for purchase of renewable energy. Clean Control Corporation Expands Sustainability Goal with Solar PV Project

This 150kW grid-tied, ground-mounted array was installed on the property at Clean Control's headquarters in Warner Robins, GA. The project is interconnected with Flint EMC and the energy will be purchased by GreenPower EMC, the organization responsible for purchasing renewable energy on behalf of Georgia’s Electric Membership Cooperatives. FCE is currently working with GreenPower EMC on several high-profile solar projects across the State. As one of the largest solar projects in Georgia, this innovative project further demonstrates Clean Control's leadership in sustainable, environmentally-sound business practices.

McKenney's Logo

McKenney's Saves Energy Costs and Earns LEED Points through Solar PV Project

This 53 kW grid-tied array was completed in June 2010 at McKenney's LEED Gold corporate headquarters building in Atlanta. McKenney's is using the solar energy onsite to offset greater than 13% of its electrical demand. Waffle House Offsets Hot Water Costs through Solar Hot Water System

FCE installed four solar hot water collectors on the roof of a Waffle House restaurant, providing nearly half of the restaurant's daily hot water needs. The system reduces the overall energy consumption of the restaurant by pre-heating hot water for use in cooking and dishwashing. The solar project is expected to be paid off in less than five years and will continue to offset a substantial portion of the restaurant's hot water bill over the estimated 25 year life of the system.          Download WaffleHouse Case Study
