FCE focuses on three fundamental elements of the renewable energy value chain:

Development. Through SolAmerica, LLC, FCE owns, operates and sells power generated from solar PV and solar thermal projects. These projects are on rooftops of large industrial, warehouse and distribution facilities, the rooftops of large retail facilities as well as in freestanding solar fields. SolAmerica, LLC sells the power produced to utilities or to owners or tenants of the underlying real estate through a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA). FCE also plans to pursue development opportunities in other renewable energy verticals such as wind and biomass.

Integration. First Century Energy Services, LLC, works with owners of real estate to source, install, and monitor solar PV installations. We will also negotiate PPAs with utility companies on behalf of the real estate owners. Integration is designed to be a turn-key process through which First Century Energy Services, LLC manages all aspects of the process from design to interconnection and sale of the power. We perform the same services for installation of solar thermal systems for water heating for retailers, hotels, manufacturers and other consumers of hot water.

Distribution. First Century Energy, LLC and SolAmerica, LLC represent world-class manufacturers of solar PV, solar thermal, and wind products for distribution of renewable energy products and solutions through dealer networks and directly to end-user customers.
